Warranty and Returns Policy
I. 60-Day Money-Back Returns
60-day return authorizations must be obtained using www.cimon.com/product-return-form.

We offer a 60-day money-back period for all products except refurbished ones, beginning when the item is shipped. This grace period provides ample time to receive and try the product. Products must be returned in the original boxes in new or like-new condition. See “Guidelines for Returns'' for complete details on returning a product under the 60-day money-back guarantee. Products returned from 61 days up to 180 days, beginning the date the item is shipped, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The date when the RMA request is submitted will determine which refund return period (i.e., 60-day or 61–180 days) the responsible party is categorized into. Product returns for money-back will not be accepted beyond 180 days, beginning when the item is shipped. CIMON offers a flat-rate fee of $10 USD for refund return shipping; otherwise, the refund return requestor may coordinate shipping. Please note if the responsible party utilizes CIMON’s flat-rate shipping, $10 USD will be deducted from the refund.
II. Warranty

All CIMON products, including hardware, software, and firmware (collectively called “Products”), carry a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship beginning from the date of product shipment from CIMON. If a product proves defective in materials and workmanship within three years from purchase, we will replace or repair it. Products returned under warranty after 30 days may be replaced with refurbished or remanufactured goods at CIMON’s discretion. CIMON makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the functions contained therein will meet or satisfy the buyer’s intended use or requirements. CIMON offers a process for immediate replacements; please call 1-800-300-9916 or email rma@cimoninc.com for assistance. Standard replacements or repairs will begin upon receiving the returned item.
Repaired or replaced Products provided under this warranty are covered for 90 days from the shipment to the buyer or the remainder of the original product's original warranty term, whichever is longer. The warranty return requestor is responsible for return shipping.
This warranty will be void if the Products part numbers, serial numbers, or seals are removed or defaced. Warranties do not apply to products that have been subjected to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation, or other acts that are not the fault of CIMON, including damage caused in shipping. Our warranty also does not apply to any product that has been damaged by external causes such as but not limited to fire, flood, sand, dirt, lightning, acts of God, battery leakage, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
In no event will CIMON be liable, whether in contract, tort, or under any other legal theory, for lost profits or revenues, loss of use, or similar economic loss for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or in connection with any Products, including non-conforming Products, or for any third-party claims against you relating to the Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such a claim. Our monetary liability concerning any Products will not exceed the purchase price you paid for them.
To minimize the risk of potential safety problems, you should follow all applicable local and national codes that regulate the installation and operation of your equipment. These codes vary from area to area and usually change with time. It is your responsibility to determine which codes should be followed and to verify that the equipment, installation, and operation comply with the latest revision of these codes.
III. Other Disclaimers and Limitations of Warranties

YOUR USE OF ANY CIMON PRODUCTS AND CONTENT ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE PRODUCTS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIMON, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OR DATA PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, OR SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "SUPPLIERS") DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, DATA LOSS, NON-INTERFERENCE WITH OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, OR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY OR CONTENT IN OR LINKED TO THE PRODUCTS.
CIMON, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE SECURE AND FREE FROM BUGS, VIRUSES, INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, THEFT, OR DESTRUCTION. FURTHER, CIMON DOES NOT WARRANT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET OR ANY OTHER SERVICE, CONTENT, OR DATA TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE PRODUCTS. IF THE EXCLUSIONS FOR IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO YOU, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS, WHICHEVER IS SOONER.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE OR SERIOUS INJURY TO PERSONNEL, INCLUDING DEATH, CAN RESULT FROM THE FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARDS, INCLUDING ENGINEERING STANDARDS. CIMON DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PRODUCT DESIGN, INSTALLATION, OR OPERATION.
CIMON, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS WILL SATISFY OR ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LEGAL OBLIGATIONS, LAWS, OR REGULATIONS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF CIMON, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS FOR ALL MATTERS OR CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE SUCH CLAIM. THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR FILING A CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE SHORTER OF TWELVE MONTHS OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, CIMON, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (B) DAMAGES RELATING TO FAILURES OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, THE INTERNET, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, CORRUPTION, SECURITY, LOSS OR THEFT OF DATA, VIRUSES, SPYWARE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS OR INVESTMENT, OR USE OF SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE THAT DOES NOT MEET CIMON SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF CIMON AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND/OR THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES GREATER THAN THE LIMITATION ABOVE. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF CIMON, ITS AFFILIATES, AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE AND ITS USE.
THE PARTIES FURTHER AGREE THAT THE APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE ARE THE LAWS OF NEVADA. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT IN HENDERSON, NEVADA, AND NEVADA LAW SHALL APPLY.
IV. Warnings/Remanufactured/Refurbished/Repairs
Our product user manuals contain specifications, wiring diagrams, and other information about the various product offerings. Always consult the appropriate product documentation before using the equipment. IV.1 Remanufactured/Refurbished Products
If you want to save more on your next purchase with CIMON, you may be interested in our remanufactured/refurbished Products. Remanufactured or refurbished items are available as-is for many of our Products and are offered with noticeable savings. The select remanufactured/refurbished Products are available to U.S. customers. A discount will be applied to the list price of any available items, and we will give you a limited 1-year warranty from the shipment date against defects and workmanship. (Our 60-day money-back return policy DOES NOT apply to this offer.) The products are offered on a “first come, first serve” basis while supplies last. You will need internet access to view product availability and order. The items in the category will change based on inventory status when the product listing page is generated.
IV.2 Repairs
Products not covered under warranty are subject to investigation, labor, and/or parts costs. All uncovered Product repairs are charged a flat-rate investigation fee of $100 USD. Labor costs depend on the number of hours required for the repair. Parts costs will also be incurred. The investigation fee can be credited to a new purchase of the same product if the product in question is deemed irreparable. The repair return requestor is responsible for return shipping.
V. Returning Products Policy
See section I above for our 60-Day Money-Back Return Terms. See sections II and III for our Warranty Terms. See section IV.1 for our Remanufactured/Refurbished Products Terms. This policy facilitates and expedites returns and does not alter or modify our 60-Day Money-Back Return, Warranty, or Remanufactured/Refurbished Products Terms.
CIMON believes we can provide you with a solution in most cases so you do not have to return products to us. Please call 1-800-300-9916 or email our Technical Support department at rma@cimoninc.com for an RMA number before returning any products. All RMAs are issued through www.cimon.com/product-return-form. Records of your purchases can be found in your account at www.buy.cimon.com. The RMA request is subject to approval by our Technical Support department before an RMA number is issued.
V.1 Warranty Returns/Repairs
The warranty return requestor is responsible for return shipping. The following guidelines apply to authorized returns for products under warranty (our warranty information is fully described in the previous sections II and III):

- A warranty return RMA must be obtained at www.cimon.com/product-return-form (see “Online Return” instructions, section V.4 below). All invoices and/or serial numbers must be supplied before issuing the RMA. If the serial number labels have been defaced or altered in any way, the warranty will be void without exceptions.
- Failure symptoms must be reported for each product returned for Quality Control purposes. If this information is unavailable when the return authorization is issued, please specify each failure symptom on the RMA form before returning the product.
- After obtaining approval for your RMA, fold the generated form and insert it inside the returning package.
- In the return package, include all documentation, cables, and other components from the original parts shipment. Write the RMA number outside the shipping package, not on the product box.
- Please return the parts to the appropriate address at the top of the RMA form within 30 days of issuance. Returned products must be shipped to the address printed on the RMA form and noted above. Returned products will not be accepted if the customer does so in person.
- For immediate replacements, please call 1-800-300-9916 or email rma@cimoninc.com for assistance; otherwise, the returned item will be replaced or repaired upon receipt.

V.2 60-Day Money-Back
CIMON offers a flat-rate fee of $10 USD for return shipping; otherwise, the refund return requestor may coordinate shipping. Please note if the responsible party utilizes CIMON’s flat-rate shipping, $10 USD will be deducted from the refund. These guidelines apply to returns subject to our 60-day money-back policy, found above in section I.

- A 60-day return RMA must be obtained at www.cimon.com/product-return-form. Fold the generated form and insert it inside the returning package.
- After obtaining approval for your RMA, fold the generated form and insert it inside the returning package.
- Any writing, marking, application of stickers, and otherwise defacing of or damages to the original product boxes will result in denial of refund.
- Products must be returned in their original boxes in new or like-new condition. The original parts shipment must include all documentation, cables, and other components.
- Shipments should be in an appropriate shipping package to avoid product damage. See “Limits of Liability.”
- Return only the products specified on the RMA. Additional products sent without approval will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please return the products to the address at the top of the RMA form within 30 days of approval issuance. Write the RMA number outside the shipping package, not on the product box. Note: The address may not be CIMON’s Henderson, Nevada location; please check carefully for the correct return address.
- If you opt not to use CIMON’s flat-rate fee of $10 USD, the refund return requester is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipments that do not follow the above procedures may be returned to the sender, and restocking and refurbishing charges may be incurred.
V.3 Limits of Liability
A return material authorization number does not guarantee a refund or replacement. If CIMON finds the problem due to a “customer error,” credit or replacement will not be assigned, and you will be notified of such action.
CIMON will accept no responsibility nor issue credit for packages damaged in transit for any reason. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged for shipment.
V.4 Online Return Request Instructions

- After navigating to www.cimon.com/product-return-form, choose the appropriate return reason (i.e., Refund Return, Warranty Return).
- To see a list of your orders, visit your account at www.buy.cimon.com. Alternatively, receipts are always sent to the email used for purchasing.

Verify your contact information, review the items from your order list, and enter the quantities you need to return. Then “Submit” the return. Your RMA documentation will automatically be provided for you to print, and requested return shipping labels will be provided in an email response.
