Tax Exemption Information
If your organization is tax-exempt, you can enjoy tax-free purchases at CIMON. To set up your tax-exempt account, please follow these simple steps:

- Submit Tax-Exempt Form: Once you have created your account, follow the link at the checkout page to submit the required tax-exempt form.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review and process your request. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved as tax-exempt.

Shipping Information (U.S. Domestic Shipping Only)
Please Note: We currently only ship within the United States. For international orders or inquiries, please contact us at sales@cimoninc.com.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders through our online store within the contiguous United States. Please note that due to shipper restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Contact us at orders@cimoninc.com.
- Local Pick-Up: Customers in the Henderson, NV area can pick up their orders directly from our facility. Contact us to schedule a convenient pick-up time.
Additional Information
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address. Tax-exempt organizations with approved documentation on file will not be charged sales tax.
- Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Order Cancellation: You may request cancellation of your order at any time before shipment. To cancel, please contact us immediately at orders@cimoninc.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, once your order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
